Happy Christmas!

Hello!

Is everyone prepared for Christmas yet? I'm looking forward to wrapping all the presents but my 9 year old son will not go to bed so present wrapping in peace is turning into a tricky task!

I've been quite late with my festive miniatures this year but I now have them for sale on Etsy (hope you like them!) I've made a few winter wonderland minis this year which is different for me as I've always gone for the more traditional red, green and white colours.

I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and I do hope you all have a fabulous 2012!

It's not quite Christmas!

Hello!

I just wanted to check in show these pieces I've recently completed. I know they're not quite Christmas or festively themed, as everyone else are advertising their Christmas miniatures now but these have been on my long to-do list since february!

Here are three display boards, the first is a lemon meringue pie themed board, the second is a tiered cake decorating board and third (and my absolute favourite!!) is a Bonne Maman Inspired display with cream & scones.

Now that I've got these done, I can get my Christmas minis made and will have them finished just in time for the holidays!

Happy Halloween!

Helloooo! I hope everyone is keeping well

It has been nearly 6 months, 6 MONTHS!!! since my last post and I don't know where the time has gone!! Autumn is here and Christmas is just around the corner (Yikes!)

I have been busy juggling work and family life so mini making has had to take a back seat for a while but I couldn't let Halloween go by without making at least a few spooky minis! ;)
I haven't made as many minis as I would have liked but it felt so good to get back into mini making again :)

One of my favourite minis this year is the witches prep board!

I promise not to leave it so long before posting next time ;)

When life gives you lemons make lemonade!

Hello everyone!

I wanted to share this latest piece with you.

It was inspired by the saying, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!"

I had fun making this prep board as it's something slightly different for me and it has a more natural feel to it.

This refreshing prep board brings to mind the fragrance of a fresh summer breeze and sunny days and is perfect to help set the scene for a little light refreshment on the terrace, Happy days!
